COVERAGE


What’s Included:

  • One scheduled break in coverage (if needed).
  • A minimum of 2 hours must be dedicated to the ceremony/temple and photos to immediately follow.
  • Additional time can be added at $150 per hour.
  • If the day runs beyond the agreed coverage, a $100 fee per additional 30 minutes will apply.
  • Personalized timeline support is available to help make the most of your package.

  • Online Gallery: A personalized gallery where you can easily view, download, and share your final images/video.

FAQ

Do you charge money upfront?

Yes. There is a non-refundable retainer of 30% of the package total plus all sales tax. The remaining 70% of each session's total plus the travel fee must be paid on the date of event.

Do you charge a travel fee?

Yes. A $0.60/mile travel fee added to all sessions outside of Salina.

How does music selection work?

All music must be legally licensed through Pey Photo's chosen platform. This is to ensure neither party gets sued. No exceptions will be made to this rule.

Ways to obtain the song(s) for the client's video:
1. Through expertise, Pey Photo can choose the song(s) she thinks would best fit the client's video.
2. Pey Photo can create a narrowed down list of song options for the client to choose from.
3. The client can go to the chosen platform and choose their song(s).

Pey Photo will ensure open communication throughout this entire process. Once music selection is made, it is final and can not be changed.

How long does it take to get my photos and/or video back?

All delivery times are an estimate and can vary based on the time of year. Please reach out if you have questions.

Wedding content is typically delivered between 6-8 weeks.
Engagement and bridal content is typically delivered between 2-4 weeks.
